A clash between two groups during a Kara Hunnime bull-running event in Naregal village, Hangal taluk, Haveri district, left eight people injured. According to police, an argument reportedly began over the bursting of firecrackers during the traditional procession and later escalated into a physical confrontation. The injured were taken to hospitals for treatment, with some seriously injured persons shifted to KIMS Hospital in Hubballi. Police deployed additional personnel in the village and began investigating the incident to determine the exact circumstances and take appropriate legal action.
